Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, company-provided leads, and training with licensing assistance.

No experience is required, licenses are provided, and compensation is commission-based with opportunities for growth. You will work with individuals and families, follow up on leads, explain insurance options, conduct virtual or phone appointments, and guide clients through the application

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
