Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is expanding its virtual sales team and seeks motivated individuals for Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. You will engage with prospects from home, educate them on insurance and financial protection options, and guide them through the enrollment process.

No prior insurance sales experience is required. We provide licensing guidance and training; you can start with entry-level experience and grow through performance with commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance sales experience is necessary.
• Training and licensing guidance are available for candidates who are not currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective clients to schedule consultations.
• Conducting phone or video appointments from your home office.
• Educating clients about available insurance options.
• Recommending solutions based on the client stated needs.
• Completing applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Following up with clients throughout the decision-making process.
• Attending virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Tracking progress toward individual sales goals.
