No prior insurance experience is required; licensing assistance is provided, and you’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching as you work toward sales goals in a fully remote, Monday–Friday schedule.

As our Remote Insurance Sales Rep, your day will focus on making outbound calls to agency-provided leads, learning about prospects’ needs, and quoting insurance coverage that fits their situations. You’ll work toward sales quotas set by management, follow up with prospects, and build your confidence through regular practice and coaching. You don’t need previous insurance experience to get started. If you’re willing to learn, the agency will help you get licensed and develop the skills you need.

Our agency brings more than 20 years of insurance experience and serves customers across multiple states. The agency is focused on growth, employee development, and providing people with opportunities to increase their earnings as their skills improve. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and continuing education support while working fully remotely on a Monday-Friday schedule.

The base salary is $30,000, with first-year earnings around $50,000 and bonus opportunities. Top earners make much more. Licensing assistance helps you get started, while ongoing training gives you room to keep improving.
