Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to help clients protect auto, home, life and more while building a long-term career in a fast-moving, supportive environment. You will work with warm leads, follow a proven sales process, and earn uncapped income by closing business the right way.

Fully remote role within the United States. You’ll benefit from hands-on training, regular coaching, and a structured career path as you hit weekly sales goals and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales.
• Willing to obtain Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license quickly.
• Currently active license preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to uncover needs and recommend the right coverage.
• Quote and close new business using scripts, CRM, and sales process.
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize value for the client.
• Follow up quickly with leads via calls, texts, and email.
• Document activity in the CRM and stay organized with pipeline follow-up.
• Hit weekly activity and sales goals and get coached to beat them.
• Maintain compliance and professionalism—protecting the client and agency.
