Generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking; quote and sell auto, home, life, and business insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients consistently
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals; educate clients on coverage options and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity
