Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a licensed, high-performing insurance sales producer to join our remote team. This role involves selling auto, home, life, and business insurance to new and existing clients, managing your own pipeline, and closing high-value policies to achieve $50K+ monthly premiums and $200K+ annual earnings.

You will have guaranteed 10+ warm leads per day with flexibility to broker outside of Farmers when pricing objections arise, plus opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is required.
• Proven track record of producing $50K+ monthly premiums.
• 3–5 years of high-level insurance sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Manage, grow, and convert your personal sales pipeline.
• Close high-value insurance policies and meet premium goals ($50K+/month).
• Maintain client relationships and retention.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads and sales performance.
• Participate in remote training and ongoing development programs.
• Broker business outside of Farmers when needed to meet client needs.
