Allstate Insurance Agency - Evan Hill is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand backing. You will engage new prospects, educate on insurance value, and build lasting relationships while serving the community with trusted advice.

The role emphasizes a base-plus-commission plan, uncapped upside, and strong training opportunities through Allstate University. No prior insurance experience is required, and a license can be pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
