Allstate Insurance Agency - Jacob West is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support people recognize and trust. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to raise customer understanding and build lasting relationships through trusted advice.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, qualifying leads, offering Allstate products, educating customers on protection, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Money-motivated mindset.
• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
