Allstate Insurance Agency - Jacob West is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects and build relationships in the community, applying insurance knowledge to demonstrate value and cultivate long-term trusted advisory relationships.

In this remote role, you will achieve sales goals through new business and cross-selling, identify leads from multiple sources, and help protect customers with Allstate products.

Qualifications

• Money-motivated mindset.
• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire.
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
