Qualifications

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty license.
• Life Insurance license.
• Ability to obtain Accident and Health license.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, driven, and self-motivated.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new insurance clients by selling a range of products including Homeowners, Auto, Renters, Life, and related insurance solutions.
• Present clients with thorough coverage options after assessing their needs.
• Achieve established new business production targets and objectives.
• Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with all clients.
• Ensure all required licenses remain active and in good standing.
