You will develop client relationships, present insurance solutions, and close sales through strong communication and network-building, with opportunities for substantial commissions and career growth within a community-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire
• Must obtain Life & Health license within 30 days of hire
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs
• Present and explain insurance products and services to individuals and families
• Close sales through effective communication and relationship-building
• Establish and nurture client relationships; follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships to generate new business opportunities
• Offer responsive and accurate client support, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Identify and develop new service opportunities with both new and existing clients
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and accountability in all dealings
• Demonstrate a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
