Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is expanding its remote sales team and seeking driven individuals to build a career in insurance. You will handle consultations, assess client needs, explain options, and guide applications from a fully remote setting.

Compensation is commission-only (1099) with access to leads, training, mentorship, and licensing support. Prior insurance experience is not required, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work independently and remotely.
• Willing to learn and follow a proven process.
• Insurance licensing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients and leads.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations.
• Learn about each client’s goals and coverage needs.
• Explain available insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Help clients complete applications.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the application process.
• Participate in sales, product, and professional development training.
