UniTrust Financial Group is expanding its remote sales team, seeking motivated individuals to build a career in insurance while helping families find coverage that fits their needs.

This full-time, commission-only 1099 role offers access to leads, training, mentorship, licensing support, and multiple carriers. You will conduct phone and virtual consultations, follow up with leads, and guide clients through applications.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Able to work remotely and independently.
• Willing to learn and follow proven process.
• Insurance license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients and leads.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations.
• Learn about each client’s goals and coverage needs.
• Explain available insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Help clients complete applications and submit paperwork.
• Maintain ongoing follow-up through the application process.
