Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join a fully remote team. The role offers flexible scheduling, company-provided leads, and training with licensing assistance.

You will engage with individuals seeking insurance coverage, follow up on leads, and guide clients through options and applications—from virtual or phone appointments to completion of forms. No prior experience is required; licensing and training are provided, and there is potential for growth

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• Company will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
