Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for remote Insurance Sales Representative roles. This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity with flexible scheduling, training, mentorship, and access to leads.

No experience is required; licensing and training are provided. You will contact and follow up with leads, explain coverage options, complete applications, and work from home with ongoing development and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
