The Montgomery Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Fairfax, VA. This full-time role offers remote work options and a strong earning potential with uncapped commissions.

You will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions and by building lasting client relationships. We value relationships, client-focused service, and ongoing mentorship.

Formación

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset.
• Ability to build trust and explain complex products in simple terms.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ goals.
• Present and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews.
• Guide clients through the process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
