Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, company leads, and training with no cold calling. Licensing training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You will conduct virtual or phone appointments, explain insurance options, follow up on leads, and guide clients through the application process while working from home.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
