Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is hiring a Remote Insurance Sales Representative. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and training, with company-provided leads and no cold calling. You will conduct virtual or phone appointments to explain insurance options and guide clients through applications.

Licensing assistance is provided; licensing is not required to apply, and there is an opportunity for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
