Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or insurance-related certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential customers through various remote channels (phone, email, virtual meetings).
• Conduct needs analysis to identify client requirements for various insurance products.
• Present and explain insurance policy options, benefits, and coverage details clearly and concisely.
• Guide clients through the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry regulations.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and document customer interactions.
