Qualifications

• No insurance sales experience is necessary.
• Training and licensing guidance are available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
• Strong communication, self-directed, organized and client-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective clients to schedule consultations.
• Conducting phone or video appointments from your home office.
• Learning about each client priorities and coverage concerns.
• Educating clients about available insurance options.
• Recommending solutions based on the client stated needs.
• Completing applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Following up with clients throughout the decision-making process.
• Attending virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Tracking progress toward individual sales goals.
