Job summary

Cleft on the Rock in the United States is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees, providing supplemental insurance solutions.

This full-time outside sales role focuses on client support, scheduling, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from a manager.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and able to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
