Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned sales professional to support our Bay Area client portfolio. The role is fully remote but requires residing in the San Francisco area and quarterly in-person visits with agents and brokers in the territory.

You will prospect, develop new business, manage your book of business, and close deals. Success is measured by touchpoints, follow-ups, calls, and meetings, with quarterly incentives based on new and retained business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales in insurance/underwriting/brokerage.
• Background in property & casualty, healthcare, life, or workers compensation.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Understands insurance industry jargon.
• Go-getter mentality with ability to drive business forward.
• Excellent communication skills for meetings with agents and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and find new business within the Bay Area territory.
• Manage and grow your book of business.
• Meet with agents and brokers to close deals.
• Travel around the area for quarterly conferences and meetings as needed.
