You will handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance, educate customers on savings and coverage gaps, and craft tailored policy packages while guiding a smooth purchase and gathering feedback to improve the product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service.
• Empathy, warmth, and active listening in every interaction.
• Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
