Job summary

Stephen Cole State Farm is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning agency as remote part-time Account Representatives. This role offers an excellent income potential with base pay plus bonus and uncapped commissions.

You will prospect for new client opportunities, schedule appointments, and educate customers on risk management and financial service options. Training is provided, including licensing assistance, with flexible hours and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Selling skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Experience in outbound/inbound sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new client opportunities through calling leads, direct mail, outside marketing, networking, referrals, and other targeted lists.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about risk management and financial options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
