Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to obtain licensing.
- Tech-fluent with ability to host video consultations.
- Excellent communicator translating complex financial concepts.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing this process independently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
- Utilize integrated CRM tools and digital communication channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
- Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic virtual communication, maintaining long-term client trust.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to streamline client application and policy issuance procedures.
- Collaborate with team members during daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
