Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health license (or willingness to complete licensing).
• Ability to host professional video consultations.
• Strong communication: translate complex financial concepts into simple steps.
• Comfort working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
• Utilize integrated CRM tools and digital communication channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic virtual communication, maintaining long-term client trust.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to streamline client application and policy issuance procedures.
• Collaborate with team members during daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
