Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a part-time specialist to help train AI systems on the insurance policy lifecycle, using hands-on operations expertise.

You will design scenarios, create instructions, and evaluate AI outputs, providing feedback to improve accuracy. This remote role supports candidates in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Minimum 20 hours per week, onboarding about 10 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in policy administration or related field.
• Understanding of the policy lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Hands-on experience with policy administration systems or QA processes.
• Ability to translate policy requirements into precise operational steps.
• Excellent written communication and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios covering policy lifecycle events and servicing steps.
• Create processing instructions, transaction reviews, and operating quality checks.
• Develop high-quality reference responses reflecting insurance operations practice.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide written feedback to improve AI model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and calibration sessions.
