RemotePro.ph is a growing MSP delivering remote support with a Philippines-based team. This Executive Support Specialist role concentrates on California personal and commercial insurance renewals, quotes, and account servicing in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

You will use AI tools daily to draft communications, manage calendars, keep CRM records, and ensure nothing slips. A minimum of 1 year in a California insurance agency and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a California insurance agency handling renewals and quotes.
• Strong English communication and client-servicing skills.
• Proficient with AI tools to speed up work and improve outputs.

Responsibilities

• Handle renewals, quotes, and account servicing for personal and commercial lines.
• Manage inbound communication across email and phone, triage and respond as needed.
• Track open actions and deadlines to prevent slips and flag risks early.
• Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and meetings efficiently.
• Prepare reports and briefing materials ready for use with minimal edits.
• Maintain organized CRM and shared-drive records for quick retrieval.
• Use AI tools to draft communications and summarize threads.
• Support market research and social media scheduling when required.
