Job summary

RT Specialty, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to assist the Broker team in executing trades, managing accounts, and navigating regulatory compliance from a remote role in California or Arizona. The position involves supporting new business and renewal submissions, reviewing documents, and delivering client-focused service.

You will collaborate with internal teams, build broker relationships, and contribute to renewal opportunities and new business strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• State Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Surplus Lines licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts for new business and renewal processes.
• Develop market submissions and draft cover letters for agents.
• Review policy documents and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Build broker relationships and understand brokerage operations to support objectives.
• Generate performance reports and provide insights for portfolio trends.
