Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to suitable auto, home and other insurance coverages. Training includes licensing, with paid time, and the role supports a fully remote work environment in several states.

You will need 2–3 years of sales or service experience, strong communication, and the ability to close deals. Expect a base salary plus commissions and benefits, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required afterhire.

Responsibilities
