Active Texas Bar is required along with 2+ years in Insurance Defense or related tort work. Compensation includes up to $290k, full benefits, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 2+ years experience in Insurance Defense / tort / products / GL.
• Strong academics with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Support trial prep and strategic litigation work.
