Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active New York State Bar admission.
• 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience in insurance defense or related tort matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle general liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle defense matters for insurers, municipalities, and corporate clients.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, and manage discovery.
• Support complex insurance defense litigation from intake through trial preparation.
