We Are Legal Revolution in Orange County, California seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate Attorney to join its defense-side practice handling general liability, premises liability and product liability matters. This role offers meaningful responsibility with a long-term growth path in a litigation-forward environment.

The position features a strong compensation package with a clear partner-track path and the ability to work fully remote from California.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• California bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school (Top 50 preferred).
• Strong legal writing, motion practice, and discovery skills.
• Stable tenure and a consistent employment history.

Responsabilités

• Manage a docket of insurance defense litigation matters through all phases of litigation.
• Draft and argue motions; handle written discovery and deposition work.
• Work on case strategy, fact development, and liability and damages analysis.
• Support settlement efforts, mediations, and trial preparation as cases progress.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
