Compensation:

$160,000 to $200,000 base salary (dependent on experience).

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 8 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• California bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school (Top 50 law school preferred by the hiring team).
• Strong legal writing, motion practice, and discovery skills.
• Stable tenure and a consistent employment history (the team is not seeking frequent job-changers).

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Experience with general liability, premises liability, and product liability matters.
• Exposure to employment-related or labor law issues within a litigation context.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• 1950 annual billable hours.
• Bonus structure includes semi-annual, tiered bonuses beginning at 1,950 hours (minimum $5,000 per year; scales upward), plus a discretionary year-end bonus based on factors such as quality of work, case handling, and mentoring (reported range $2,000 to $20,000+).
