Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Litigation Associate to join the Seattle or Portland team with remote work options. The role offers up to $200,000 base salary plus monthly and annual bonuses, and opportunities across insurance defense, coverage, and broader civil litigation within a rapidly expanding national firm.

The ideal candidate has roughly 3+ years of experience and will manage their own caseload, develop case strategy, and work closely with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in litigation, ideally in insurance defense or related areas.
• Backgrounds in Insurance Coverage, General Liability, Insurance Defense / Casualty Litigation, Professional Liability, Trucking / Transportation, or Catastrophic Injury / Personal Injury Defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload with partner support
• Develop case strategy from initial assessment through resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Handle written discovery and depositions
• Work directly with clients and carriers
• Attend hearings, mediations and arbitrations
• Prepare matters for trial
• Gain meaningful courtroom and trial exposure
