State Farm in Dallas is seeking multiple Attorneys to join the Dallas Claim Litigation office. This role offers a remote work arrangement with very limited time in the Dallas office each quarter, and may involve travel across Texas counties as needed.

You will own cases, participate in litigation events, and collaborate with support staff while maintaining client ownership. The position requires 5+ years of litigation experience, familiarity with insurance defense, and strong written and oral

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related areas.
• Active Texas law license in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and related assignments per Law Department guidelines.
• Prepare and summarize reports for proceedings.
• Trial strategy and case development.
• Attend trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
