• Licensed to practice law in applicable states is required upon hire.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters from intake to resolution.
• Attend hearings, conferences, and trials as required.
• Collaborate with Claims Department on legal strategy.
• Support senior attorneys on more complex matters.
