Openkrill seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney in Seattle, WA, with remote work available nationwide. You will manage defense matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and appear at hearings and mediations.

Candidates must hold a WA Bar license and have recent insurance defense experience. The firm offers a competitive base salary ($130k-$200k), full benefits, 401k with company match, unlimited PTO, life insurance, and generous bonuses.

• Recent insurance defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Work remote.
• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
