Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• 1+ year of construction defect or personal injury experience.
• Active WA or OR bar license with eligibility for the other state.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation through all stages with supervision.
• Represent clients in defense matters including construction defect and personal injury.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and memos.
• Conduct legal research, analyze facts, and develop strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, assist trial prep.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and others throughout litigation.
• Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to achieve strong results.
