Openkrill is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for remote work based in Los Angeles, California. The firm handles complex insurance defense matters and offers a competitive compensation package.

You will manage matters from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and defend hearings and mediations, while evaluating liability and damages exposure for client reporting.

Competenze

• CA Bar licensed to practice in California.
• Recent insurance defense experience.

Mansioni

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
