Qualifications

• Experience in general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction, casualty and/or related defense matters.
• Strong deposition, motion practice and case-management experience.
• Georgia Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

Real Litigation Responsibility:

Take ownership of cases through discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, hearings and trial preparation rather than operating solely in a support capacity.

Experienced Trial Team:

Work alongside seasoned litigators with substantial first-chair trial experience handling high-exposure matters for major insurers, corporations and national businesses.
