Job Responsibilities

• Independently handle litigation matters including appearances, assignments, and reporting
• Draft motions and legal documents
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and oral arguments
• Negotiate settlements
• Maintain consistent client communication and reporting
• Manage cases with minimal supervision across insurance defense litigation areas

Qualifications – Needed

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Bar license in California (Required)
• Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Insurance Defense Litigation
• Strong background in bodily injury defense, construction defect, or employment-related defense
• Proven ability to independently manage litigation from intake to resolution
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
