Position Overview

An Am Law 100 firm with offices nationwide is seeking a Texas licensed attorney with at least six years of experience in employment litigation. The role is fully remote, with no requirement to work in the office. Responsibilities include handling administrative agency investigations, written discovery, motion work, depositions, and trial preparation. This is a contract position for 30 to 40 hours per week, flexible to candidate preferences.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of legal experience in employment litigation
• Experience with case activities such as written discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep
• Experience with administrative agency investigations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Licensed in Texas
• Strong academic credentials

Compensation and Benefits

Annualized salary ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 or more, based on experience and credentials. Latitude employees are W2 and eligible for full benefits, including a Qualified 401(k), group life, LTD, AD&D, professional liability insurance, and stipends for CLE and professional expenses.
