Location: Remote in CA

Practice Area: Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, General Liability, Product Liability or Premises Liability.

Billable Hours: 1850

We are hiring for a reputable defense law firm that has been representing public entities, mid size corporations, insurance carriers, doctors and healthcare providers for more than 30 years. This is a remote role with a chance to work with public and private entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, construction defect, personal injury, professional liability, product liability, premises liability or general liability.
