Job Title: Attorney – Workers’ Compensation Defense (Signing Bonus)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (Must be able to travel to WCAB as needed)

Job Description:

A well-established and growing workers' compensation defense firm is seeking a highly motivated attorney with a strong background in workers' compensation defense. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, a passion for litigation, and a willingness to grow and learn in a dynamic, tech-forward legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend hearings at the WCAB as required.
• Collaborate with a team-oriented group of attorneys and staff.
• Maintain high standards of client communication and case management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of workers’ compensation defense experience.
• Active California Bar license and in good standing.
• Strong litigation skills and desire to work in a collaborative setting.
• Ability to manage a lower case count efficiently and effectively.
