• Monthly and quarterly billable hour bonuses of $20,000 or more annually for attorneys meeting a 150-hour/month pace.

Responsibilities

• Handle a dynamic docket of civil litigation matters, primarily commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense cases.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend court appearances.
• Work closely with clients, insurers, and team members to develop case strategies.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate as first- or second-chair when ready.
