BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney to join our Savannah, GA team. The role begins remotely and will transition to a physical office in Savannah as it grows within South and Coastal Georgia.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar membership. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus insurance defense or litigation experience, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar membership.
• Experience in insurance defense or litigation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case intake, review files, and gather key information from claim files.
• File responsive pleadings within statutory deadlines.
• Draft and serve discovery requests and responses.
• Communicate with insureds and claims representatives for case updates.
• Take and defend depositions to assess credibility and claim validity.
• Analyze non-party records to identify inconsistencies in testimony.
• Prepare detailed case evaluations for insurance carriers.
• Engage in motion practice and pretrial motions.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies with senior attorneys.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial, including jury selection and witness preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings with professionalism.
