Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas seeks an Associate Attorney to support a busy insurance coverage and insurance defense practice. This role offers hands-on responsibility across coverage analysis and litigation, including professional liability, healthcare disputes, construction defect, and premises liability.

Fully remote with a competitive compensation package: $140,000–$180,000 base salary for attorneys under 8 years’ experience.

Qualifications

Active Texas bar license or eligibility to obtain Texas admission within 6 months.
4–10 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years focused on insurance coverage.
Background with medical malpractice defense, construction defect, personal injury defense, and/or premises liability.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Strong legal writing and motion practice skills with independent matter management.

Responsibilities

Handle a variety of defense-side matters, including insurance coverage disputes and related litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage case strategy and day-to-day progression.
Take and defend depositions; assist with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed.
Analyze policy language and coverage issues; provide practical guidance to clients and internal teams.
