Responsibilities

• Analyze policy language and provide coverage opinions for various exposures.
• Litigate coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions.
• Communicate with insurer clients and manage matters with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with experienced coverage attorneys on complex matters.
• Take ownership of research, drafting, and case strategy.
