The position emphasizes litigation strategy, depositions, settlement work, client counseling, and growth of the insurance services practice across the country.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license is required.
• 1 year of Insurance Coverage experience is required.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.
• From intake through settlement or trial.
